Associate Consultant / Consultant, Financial Services

The Role

You will work closely with the Head of Financial Services on live search mandates and build your own candidate network and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support search mandates across the full cycle, from research, mapping and headhunting to screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Identify, approach and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking and referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and prepare polished shortlists and candidate briefs.
• Build market intelligence on talent, compensation and hiring trends in Financial Services.
• Develop your own client relationships and business development pipeline over time.
• Maintain accurate records in the firm’s database.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, executive search or research (agency or in-house).
• Strong interest in Financial Services; exposure to banking, markets, wealth, funds or insurance hiring is an advantage.
• A proactive and resilient approach, comfortable with direct headhunting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ambition to progress into a full 360-degree role, owning both client business development and candidate delivery.
