We are looking for an experienced search professional who brings a loyal client portfolio and a
clear functional specialisation, and who wants to build a desk of their own within an entrepreneurial,
founder-led firm.
All enquiries will be handled in strict confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow a portfolio of Financial Services clients, converting existing relationships into retained and exclusive mandates.
Build and lead a functional specialisation (for example Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Finance or Front Office), becoming the go-to adviser in that space.
Manage mandates end to end: briefing, market mapping, headhunting, assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding.
Advise clients on talent market conditions, compensation benchmarks and organisational design.
Build a long-term senior candidate network across Asia.
Mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants, and contribute to building the practice.
Meet revenue targets and maintain rigorous pipeline discipline.
Requirements
At least 5 years of recruitment or executive search experience, with a clear focus on Financial Services.
An established, loyal client portfolio with a record of repeat business.
Recognised specialisation in a function within Financial Services.
A consistent billing track record.
An entrepreneurial, builder’s mindset, with the drive to grow a desk and team.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
